I was treated with respect and Nick was very down to earth and someone who you didn't mind talking to. As I have got a bad credit history people treat you different but he didn't so well done to him. Promote this man he does his job VERY WELL INDEED. Your service was perfect from the word go and I pick my new car up this weekend. So from start to finish the process has been great and very quick. Daniel i'd just like to say that since you have taken over everything has made sense. You have always been helpfull, polite, and informative.The whole thing since you have taken over, until the dealers fax machine broke down, (you should have seen the guy banging it around and trying to force the paper through, lmaol) has gone very smoothly indeed. You are a gentleman and a credit to yourself and the company you work for. Even if the application does not go through, even at this late stage, it has been a pleasure talking to someone who has respect and understanding of a customer and their needs. After recieving my confirmation e-mail stating that I had been approved for a loan, Nick contacted me almost immeadiatly to arrange my proofs and get the loan underway. I felt that he was most helpful in his ways and is a valued asset to your team, Now I have been working in a customer service enviroment for the last 6 years and to be honest i feel that no one that I have ever worked with has ever put themselves out and tried so hard. He is a credit to your team and I just thought that you sould be made aware as a good job is far too often over looked yet a bad job is all so quickly contradicted.
