Rising MG prices offset by easy car finance

The cost of buying a used MG sports car has risen noticeably in recent weeks, according to reports, an increase that is easily offset by taking Car Credit.

There has been much speculation that the price rises may be linked to MG Rover's Chinese buyer developing its own version of the MG TF, reports Auto Wired.

However, most of the experts dismiss this claim, suggesting instead that it's just a coincidence and that the beginning of the summer has boosted demand for reasonably priced convertibles.

"The increase in prices is mainly due to the improving weather, as buyers hunt for an affordable means of securing open-top motoring," Jonathan Brown, car editor at EurotaxGlass's, told Auto Wired.

"If in future, the MG marque is once more supported by a network of franchised dealerships offering complete after sales care, residual values of the MG product range might continue to stabilise," he added.

Buying your very own soft top sports car is made easier by taking Car Finance or car credit, helping to cut your monthly payments and bringing more exclusive vehicles into your price range.
