Car Loans customers looking for a new small vehicle may be interested to hear about the revival of the Ford Ka.

According to Auto Express, the manufacturer has put the finishing touches to the revised Ka and is ready to launch the model before the end of the year.

The magazine states that with rivals such as the Fiat 500, the new Ka will have no shortage of competition in securing the public's Car Finance, however, Ford is planning a number of tempting versions of the Ka to aid this battle.

It is noted that as well as a 1.2 and 1.4-litre petrol version, capable of 63 and 100bhp respectively, a 1.3-litre Multijet diesel will be on offer with a sportier ST model rumored to appear further down the line.

"This will be powered by the same 1.4-litre turbocharged petrol engine as the Fiat 500 Abarth. A chunky bodykit, flared wheelarches and fat 17-inch rims will separate the flagship from lesser models," the article suggests.
